I need to get better at photographing these things if I’m going to start posting them all the time.
I’d never had a lamb sandwich I liked so I came up with this yesterday and it turned out amazing.
Leftover lamb in balsamic reduction with thyme, mint and lemon juice. Vegan mayo with horseradish, mixed baby greens (spinach, swiss chard, kale) and a chopped hardboiled egg on oatmeal toast.
Also, curried rice pilaf with golden raisins.
